I recently purchased three products from Ajio.
I had to get two of them exchanged for a new size.
However the delivery agent wasn’t able to proceed with the exchange since there was a tag mismatch.
This is an issue from Ajio’s end and the only resolution to this from their customer support was to create a return.
Initiating a return from my end simply means I lose the convenience fee of Rs 10 for each product and ajio has taken no ownership of the issue.
This is a scam as they don’t meet their promises and customers are being charged a convenience fee for issues caused at Ajio’s end
