My ajio account has been deactivated without prior notice and I’ve to return items worth approx 13000-14000. They take so much time to reply to a mail so that return period gets over

I had returned an item on ajio. They picked up the product, refund was initiated but didn’t get the refund yet. I complained the costumer service, they said to wait for for 5 days. I waited but didn’t get after that they blocked my account without prior information. Now I am unable to get my refund and ajio wallet money back.
