Text of Complaint by Deepika Taneja:

I placed an order worth Rs.8-10k from Ajio on 30th june Or 1st july. The day after, I saw that I am unable to login and called and wrote email to customer care for the same. They replied few days later citing that my account has been deactivated due to high returns. During this time, items from my order were delivered. If my account was deactivated, my order should have been cancelled and not delivered altogether. Even after this, I kept writing to them for assistance on my account or return of items delivered. The only response I got was that my account has been deactivated. On calling customer care, they told me to attach images of products I want to return and they will process a return. I did the same but they did not respond to that. On writing again multiple times, they have now informed me that they cannot create a return.

Firstly, my account being deactivated right after I placed the order and made the payment indicates fraud. I only placed an order with the app because I had the option to return the items I would like to. But Ajio has now kept my money and refusing to provide me service for the order I paid for. Secondly, I am still receiving messages and emails from Ajio on promotions and my cart.
