I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, shoes & accessories
The issue that I have experienced was: I’m apparently filing a complaint in the consumer court, cause of the irresponsible and the biggest scam shopping websites AJIO offers, I work in central Government and I will make sure to sue ajio company.
I had order 14 product, out of which I returned 7 and didn’t get my refund and one of the products which were damaged piece, the delivery agent didn’t even care to pick up. I have filed a complained in Ajio customer care for 10 times by now. Wasting my time and money.
It occurred on: 25/08/2020
Ajio are the biggest scammers and just want to fool the customers, and use their money. Disgusting and Immoral behaviour. Lost a huge amount of money.
I’m a regular customer of Myntra and Amazon, never ever faced any issue like this before.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
