Dear sir,

I had ordered total 05 products in single order with order no. FN7775307535. Out of 05 products ordered, I received only 01 T-Shirt from my order list and remaining 04 products missing and instead of remaining 04 products (Netplay Chinos), I received only one track pant which is also wrong product. So my complain regarding Wrong product received (01)and Missing products (03)

Instead of 04 chinos trouser of Netplay, I have received only 01 track pant of XL size and which is also wrong product and also 03 missing products.

Regarding this matter I have done many complain regarding 01 Wrong product received and 03 Missing products. But there is no solution from your side. Whatever I received packets it is in packing condition. Outside of the packet they mention my full name address and contact no but inside of the packet bill, product, tag Totally different from my ordered.

I also asked to Ajio customer care executive that what is status of this wrong product I received for this order no FN5070307432? They told me that it’s RTO. I don’t know about RTO.

So basically what happen that whatever I ordered that products goes to somewhere else that’s I don’t know where is my products? Whatever Vivek (FN5070307432) ordered 01 Track pant that product I received.

I ordered 04 chinos trousers of Netplay and received only 01 product track pant. So I am not able to return products. so, Aa per telephonic talk with Ajio customer care, they told me to do one thing that you can return only one product and remaining 03 products missing. So I return 01 product and remaining 03 products are still missing. They complained about 01 return and 03 products missing.

So kindly do needful for 01 return product refund and 03 missing products refund. I have already ordered same chinos later on from Ajio also. I don’t received any product from this order I’d, so I again repeated same order again.

So I request you to kindly do needful and urgent basis.
