Text of Complaint by praveen kumar singh:

I have ordered a samsung galaxy handset online from the airtel app. The ordered was placed on 20 feb 2019. The online amount of 13881 was paid. The document was verified on 22 feb and the message i got about the handset delivery was on 3 march 2019. The tracking was given following which i was tracking. 3 feb nothing came….4th feb nothing came…i contacted customer care on 3th and 4th…they said 3rd is sunday…you will get tmrw…4th nothing came…they sid you will get on 5th…5th i got message that your order is cancelled and you will get the refund …..how can it be cancelled if i have not cancel it…the customer care again assured me that you will get the handset….but after two days…on 7th they siad they are sorry…courier company tried calling me but phone was not reachable…this is the way airtel works….not surprising…such a pathetic company…there profit and loss is governed by a courier company…..very disappointed and felt like a fool to purchase product from aitel…
