My name is Irene ikonya papai. I subscribed to “Tubonge” which gives free calls to airtel to airtel customers. I called my friend right after subscription and to my surprise the Tubonge was not used but all of my airtime has been consumed.
What kind of customer service is this if we subscribe to services we cannot even get???!!!
I need my airtime refunded. Because I cannot subscribe to a free call and still have my airtime used. This network is so useless.
