I ordered Xtreme Fibre connection on 5th july and the technical team installed it on 6th July but they didn’t activate the internet because of filling the wrong address and on 7th July they cancelled the order and now i got the message stating that : Hi, we are sorry to share that your request for new Airtel Xstream Fiber connection (Request No. 012344040193) could not be processed due to feasibility constraint in your locality. The refund of the paid amount will be processed soon. The technical team is now asking me to again pay the same amount before getting refund. Worst experience from Airtel . I want my refund amount back as soon as. possible.
