I am very disappointed with airtel xtreme fiber service.I place a complaint on 8th of sep regarding network issue.I called many times to customer care but everytime I get assurance that your network issue will be resolved by today tomorrow….then I got message that serivice engg will come at your premises, but when I called the service engg he simply denied to attend .I wrote mails also but s
I did not get any reply from there side.I have so many mails too.I am extremely disappointed with airtel service.
I called so many times at customer care no and also even spoke to seniors.But I always get assurance but no action has been taken yet.It is now more than 10 days but still my network problem at my premises is not resolved.Is this way airtel deal with customer grievances?

The service engineer that was assigned Mr sakib ali,he is also denying to attend my complaint. No one is taking resoonsibility.

I therefore request you sir to please take action at the earliest.
