Text of Complaint by Nisha:

It is about the Airtel Xtreme connection. I have purchased the broadband in the month of January and the plan was 799 and I have paid for three months. After 3 months the bill was supposed to be generated on a monthly basis. But the bill again generated for 3 months after calling numerous times on Airtel someone was able to change the plan however the plan changed and they asked me to pay 943 per month for 100 MBPS which is not acceptable. They did not mention about the GST and hence started charging it after all the connection was done. After asking about the GST procedure the agent kept asking me to degrade the plan that I am using.
