I took a xtreme fibre connection , last year where I was offered a 6 month plan I paid the entire amount .. now since Jan I have been getting calls or msgs regarding the bill charged . When I spoke to executive from airtel team they agreed that they will reverse the incorrect bill charged and disconnect the connection . Complaint was registered formally .. now again I’m getting calls and executive are saying pay the bill and get the issue settled else more bills will be charged .. executive name – Vishal Jadhav airtel
