Text of Complaint by Suraj Thakur:

Hi, I have paid amount of Rs. 2828 including GST to Airtel for installation of Xtream Broadband Connection at my place. Here is my eCAF number – 0801824167

They confirmed to me that Broadband will be installed in 48 Hours and now its been 3 days, one of their technician came and said Broadband cannot be installed because he has not proper length wire.

Now the Airtel customer care is not picking the call, nor that person who attended my place to check the feasibility of connection. I want Airtel to refund me and end this misery. Such a horrible service!
