I have tried to registered a complaint regarding my Airtel Xtream Box connection which is showing suspended error code 6 and airtel team has merged my xtream box connection with someone others whom i don’t know without giving me any information or notification. I am calling continuously to airtel customer care from 13.04.21 but not getting any solution. I got offer that if i take broadband connection and pay 6 months advance then i will get xtream box of rs5000 at rs1500 only. So i took rs499+GST advance rental plan broadband connection in the month of Jan 2021 with offer of airtel xtreme box at 1500rs.

Firstly, An engineer visited my premises with normal DTH box and as per him he was asked for normal DTH box installation which i refused to take. Then after sometime i got call from your office for booking confirmation of xtream box and engineer/technician left for the day. After a day again i got call from your end when i got informed that xtream box installation engineer/technician is coming for installation which i booked for and i need to pay around 2000rs and when i asked why 2000rs as i got information for 1500 payment only, the person on other side said that it will cost me 2000rs only if i want to take xtream or else opt for normal dth. I agreed and paid 2000rs to engineer/technician and after finally I got connection installed.

Secondly, I was not informed at the time of installation that my xtream connection is into airtel one plan with someone others whom i don’t know and as i have booked it individually on my name only. And as per airtel customer care given me information that he has pending bills for his airtel one plan which is merged with my dth xtream box that is why my dth connection got suspended and it will not resume until he will not clear his outstandings.

Now when i am doing complaints against same, they are they are just providing dates on dates and its almost a month.

Please help me to either resolve it or take back my hard earned money.
