Dear Sir
It has been 48 hrs and I have not heard back fom your side, I raised my service request no 10000535566 48 hrs back . I have lost the connection and your router is not able to provide any signal. I have important work to do and I cant afford to not have internet connection for two days. This is extremely bad service .Please show some professionalism and do it my tomorrow
