I have made a payment of 3004 rupees on 29th April 2022 for 6months plan. there was issue with plan and can’t shift to another plan. They said they can refund the amount which I was okay that and accepted. They said amount refunded on 2nd May, neither the refund happen nor the services. I have sent several mails attaching the screenshots and statements of account from 29th April to till date , still no response from Airtel. Everyday I’m following up with customer care and getting same scripted answers from every executive. Too much of issues without broadband and not able to work properly.
