We had Airtel Xstream connection request for router on Monday . (09/05/2022). And it is mentioned in the message that installation will be done within 3 working days . Today its a 5th day and still no update from the airtel team .This is worst service ever .And if we call any of the staff they doesn’t give us satisfactory answers and sometimes doesn’t receive phone .
Before taking a fee they call daily 2-3 times but after paying money for connection service becomes slow .Why??
I want to get refund of my money and cancel the service .
