Dear sir, I applied for Airtel Extreme Fiber. After that an agent of the company came and registered me and made me pay in the company account.And I was told that the connection would take 1 to 2 days. The next day, engineers came from the company to do wiring.I was told by the agent of the company that you will have 100 meters of wire.But when the wiring engineer came, he said that you will have 200 to 250 meters of wire and said For 100 meters apart, extra wire will be charged, you will have to pay a separate charge at ₹ 10 per meter. While the company website had a meter written on ₹ 8.But I agreed to pay ₹ 10 and got wire.Then after that the engineer who wired did not come and neither was picking up my phone.3 days later he came and went wiring. It has been 4 days since then. Neither the engineer is picking up the phone nor the agent is picking up the phone and I am not getting any response from the company either.The company people were saying yesterday that you should wait 8 hours. Your problem will be solved. But that problem is not operational yet, so I called the company again today, so they are speaking 24 to 48 hours.Sir pleaded with folded hands that I should be refunded my money.Because when I am having such a problem at the time of installation and if there will be a problem later, how is their service.
