Hello,
Wrong bill was genearted and mailed to me inspite of being disconnecting the secondary No .
the seconsdary No. is still shown in the bill..
Called up with Customer care ..
FIRST TIME – WEEK BACK customer care Wants me to call back after 4 hours as their systems were down .. Just wonder why they cannot take request and call us back with the solution after 30 minutes , was connected to Superviosr , he said he will do and nothing happenned.
SECOND TIME – HAD TO call back as there was no response , Same story after speaking to Supervisor he promised that he has escalated to higher level and the bill wil be corrected and mailed …
NOW i get a call from billing and they say it is impossible to correct the bill which is generated..
I JUST WONDER,,
AIRTEL BEING THE WORLD CLASS SERVICE PROVIDER WHY THE WRONG BILL GENERATED INSPITE OF REMOVING THE ADD ON CONNECTION IT IS BEING REFLECTED…
WHEN CALL ON CUSTOMER CARE , PATHETIC SERVICE , THEY SPEAK LIKE TAPE RECORDERS AND O NOT HAVE SOLUTION AND CANNOT GIVE REPSONSIBLE AND ACCOUNTABLE CONTACT TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEMM
THEY JUST WANT TO ESCAPE BY SAYING CALL DIFFERENT NO OR MAIL 121 ETCC…
MY REQUIREMENT IS SIMLE AND THIS IS NOT IMPOSSIBLE …
JUST REMOVE SECONDARY NO. AND FORWARD ME THE BILL , SEND ME A MODIFIED BILL …
WITH SO MUCH OF TECHNOLOGY AROUND , AIRTEL’S REPLY IS SO PAHETIC THAT THE BILL CANNOT BE GENERATED..
PLS DO THE NEEDFUL , ELSE I AM HAPPY TO MIGRATE TO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER..
