Wifi Hotspot 8978401017 have been taken in Jan 2018.
They do not provide any usage bill.
Moreover they also do not provide proper network at the urban locations of City of Hyderabad.
Simply they send a bill for the postpaid every month and make numerous calls to get their payment.
They do not provide services and do not resolve a complain. Only thing that the bill is raised and payment is ensured from the customer without services being used.
Writing on this forum to waive the unnecessary fee levied on me as consumer and helping other consumers not being cheated.
