I made an online payment on Myntra through Airtel Wallet but due to some technical issues transaction could not complete. But the money got debited from my account. I have raised the issue three times with Airtel support but did not get any feedback and now cant even check the status of service request as they have been deleted from the account completely. This is completely unacceptable. If anyone from Airtel is reading this, something is seriously wrong with your practices.
