Sir,
as  per your email , i  have contact to  your  customer care officer  121 a, said that  your query   wallet related  so you  cant  contact to  400 so contact them  said that  no wallet  balance , so i have contact to nearest airtel service  centre  baroda sangam cross  road  said that  your  adhar card  is your  name  and  wallet account  other  person  so your of your  family  Airtel complaint ABC – SR#1234” member  it’s  possible , so reason of  your wallet account not activated  he has advise  to contact  no  narendrabhai  airtel advisor  M no 7742767891 as per  he said that your  wallet  balance show Rs 3000/- you can  download airtel app , link  my  both M 8734094650  and 6353727088 but account  is  block   unable to transaction , so requst  you to said  amount  to be  credited to  my  ICICI credit card account  xxxx 3012  ,more  then call and  email  email sent to related  airtel officer  but  no further action  taken in this case , await for 7 days  then after  i will  be  complain to consumer forum , FIR  to nearest  police station  baroda  agaist  airtel
