My dth connection is not working since 9 jan wherein the channels for which i have already paid the charges are not being telecasted on my TV.

The engineer visited my location on 11 Jan.

He said LNB was not functioning and changed the LNB.

He charged me  rs 250 for the same and service fee rs 150.

After changing LNB I could now see some of the channels subscribed by me, however still I cannot see all the channels.

I again complaint about the problem on 12 Jan. The engineer was suppose to come at around 11:00 am on 14 Jan, however no body came.

I again called customer care on 14 Jan at 4:00 pm and spoke to Mr Sandeep Kumar. He said that engineer would visit in another 4 hrs. However still no body visited. I again called customer care at 8 pm and I was again told that engineer would visit on 15 Jan, but on 15 Jan also no body visited to check the problem.

I again called customer care on 15 Jan at 6.30 pm which was again picked by Mr Sandeep Kumar. He again said that engineer will now come on 16 Jan.

I requested him to connect to any senior executive who can resolve my problem, but he did not connect.

I feel that the LNB which was replaced and for which I was charged RS 250 is fictitious and not original and therefore that engineer is avoiding to come to my location.

In all this bargain I am not able to watch TV since 9 Jan however Airtel is continuously deducting daily charges from my bal account.

As i see no result of my complaint i request you to please resolve the issue or disconnect my connection and refund me the money being charged from 9 jan.
