dear sir/madam,,on 25th of february-2019 i have paid bsnl mobile bill of rs.459 from my airtel wallet no.8899508589 ,the said amount was deducted from my wallet but the bsnl postpaid bill remained pending,then i visited nearby bsnl franchisee and verified the status of the bill, but the system showed the bill pending. So i paid an amount of Rs.459 and the bsnl no.is now functional…despite several requests to airtel,they are not refunding me the same amount in my airtel wallet…..please look into the matter
