I have been using Airtel prepaid connection for more than 10 years with lifetime validity.But suddenly they said I have to recharge my account with certain amount to keep on the validity for I/c and O/G calls.It is fraud and necessary steps should have been taken against Airtel.

My Airtel number’s validity also expired on 28 November 2018. It still has balance and that will expire on 13 December 2018. The SIM was issued with Lifetime validity. I do not understand what does lifetime mean to Airtel. Is it dying?
