I am using airtel connections from last 5 years. Currently I’m receiving messages regarding validity expire. Airtel is forcing its customers to do unlimited pack recharge or smart pack recharge every month and if we don’t make validity recharge they are disconnecting outgoing calls. This was not the case few months back. They are unable to compete with Jio network and using these kinds of cheap tricks. Airtel should be ashamed of themselves.
