Text of Complaint by Abhishek Yadav:

I get 2GB/day and on weekends I download movies using Amazon prime and watch YouTube videos but still I do not consume the entire data. On weekdays I save data balance to connect it for office work, I work mostly in the night, however, at times I work in the morning as well. Today, in the morning the data balance was 1.8GB and I started working and sent to two emails and upgraded Airtel thanks app 29MB and whole data got consumed. This is so wired that when I download whole web series or watch online videos I show plenty of data left in the account and on sending simple emails 1.8GB gets depleted. Moreover on calling customer care there is no option to speak with someone. Pathetic network.
