On Saturday 9/2/19 after making a payment online I recieved a confirmation from Anshu Sharma Customer Experience team that my recharge will activated as per my Packs and Channel selectio.
However I have noticed that instead of activating my Sony Happy Platinum HD pack Sony Marathi pack has been activated.
I have been been relentensly sending emails since 9/2/19 but not getting any response. Dailing 121 does not help as I can’t speak to an Airtel TV agent as only providing electronic voice mail.Image Uploaded by Jagdish Gai:
