Hi Airtel team
There was an issue with my setup box from the last 1-2 days. I was not able to hear anything. I called customer care and mentioned my issue. I was told that this is a big fault and a technician will be coming to your home and the issue will be fixed.
I am not sure for what reasons I have been charged 150 rs. It was a box issue, on which volume settings got changed automatically (This issue was from backend). I was not told any troubleshooting on phone. This could have been resolved without any technician visit.
This is pathetic. Just to earn 150rs Airtel could do this cheap act.
I need my money back or please let me know incase if i need to file this in consumer court. These charges are invalid and ill-logical.
