Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is MALLELA ANAND KUMAR, and I am using your airtel number 9676513401 from the past 9 years and I registered this number with my State Bank of India, Dasannapeta Branch, Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh, India, Savings Bank account. I have the Internet Banking Facility also.
On 31/03/2019 some one has transferred nearly 5 lakh rupees form my account to his paytm bank account using my internet banking facility, at the time of these transactions i did not receive any OTP sent by the bank through my registered air tel number 9676513401. So OTP is received by some one else this is the failure of air tel network provider to secure them selves from hacking. so I am just wanted to go to the consumer court to get back my amount. Please register my complaint and give me the docket number as soon as possible. Bank transaction statement with IP address is attached.
