My concern is not resolved till date after being called for many times since 15th December …and every time i call customer service agent reply with context that “sir we have registered your complain and our team will look for it in 48-72hr” every time i used to listen this and there is no resolution to my problem…..then why do you your team kept promising that sir definitely it will be resolved in given time and you need not to call again and look there next time i had to call and again mention my query….
If you are concerned about your customers then kindly look forward to solve there problems
