Text of Complaint by Santosh Kumar:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have made payment for the electricity bill of amount Rs.266 on dated 01/09/2022 through Airtel Thanks app.
But the transaction was reported failed by the airtel thanks app. However the said amount got deducted from my airtel axis credit card.

When I contacted airtel through email to [email protected]
They said this transaction doesn’t belong to them.

Further I called to both airtel payment Bank on 400 and airtel customer care on 121 they also mentioned same thing that they are not responsible and can’t help.
The reply of customer support team is attached herewith for your reference.

Now as being a customer I am totally helpless and looking forward for the resolution.

If no one from the airtel side is responsible for help and support to the customer issues then why they promotes utility bill payment through Airtel thanks app??
This seems to be a fraud.

Therefore, I request you to please help me and other customers like me and prevent such fraud to be happened in future.
