Text of Complaint by Ashok Kumar:

I have done one recharge on 11th july 2022 of 549 rs via airtel thanks app for my zee5 subscription but unfortunately recharge hage was done successfully but zee5 app couldn’t get upgraded.
After that i called to customers care number then I come to know that airtel app has been stop this service and if money got debited will refunded withing 7 days but still I am waiting for the refund
