Text of Complaint by Anil Kumar:

Airtel has been stopped outgoing but why they stopped incoming on those numbers they have bought unlimited validity by a lifetime recharge plan after that the company changed its terms & conditions my mobile number is recharged with lifetime validity for the year 2037 but now company want to recharge every month for incoming also

is there no law and order to say about this act if the company promise for lifetime time then give it for lifetime otherwise sold the company for other or we will change our service carriers
