When i applied in your www.Airtel.in website i didn’t select for unlimited additional data which is 299/month and i am sure about it. But i have been sent a bill to pay Rs.398.80 last month.
I immediately called your customer care person and she told me that this additional data plan (299/month) was activated by the technician who did the Airtel connection in my home and not by me.
And she promised me that she will escalate this issue to her higher officials and do the needful and in mean time she said that she will immediately deactivate that additional data plan (299/month) from her side.
I believed her words and i left. Now again for this month another bill has been generated for the same plan.
Today you are sending mail that this money will be
auto-renewed on 29-JUN-20. How you people are this much cruel to take the money from the customer that too in this pandemic Covid-19 period.People are losing their jobs and salary has been reduced. And you people are playing with our hard earn Money. Do your work well before sending me the payment bills. I need justice . why should i need to pay the money which i was not opted for?.
If you people do auto renewal my money from my 3 months plan, surely i will file a case against you and i will ask my social media friends and office colleagues to immediately deactiate from your broadband connection. and u will lose your valuable customers.
I also having the voice record of your customer call person who accepted the activation is done from airtel technician side.. I am ready to produce all the evidence whenever required.
