Text of Complaint by Dnyanesh:

So after paying a sum of 110 rupees to the service person to activate my deactivated sim he tells me to put the new sim after 2 hrs so I did. So the sim do gets activated but I receive an SMS from 121 stating that your sim is now active and the retailer will charge you only 50rs. So my concern is why extra 50rs. Is charged from me isn’t airtel getting enough paid through their expensive packages on a monthly basis? why are these ill practices are carried out in airtel stores/service centre? And the remaining 10 rs. Is of the color copy of my id proof which I was forced to take. I already told that personel that I have a digital copy with me I can send you but instead he kept on denying and said no we need a physical copy to take image you need to take a colour print. He took me to a print shop owned by him and unwillingly I had to get a print. Is this much have service centres fallen down to the worst or they are doing this because they aren’t getting enough paid. This store is located in Maharashtra Kalyan railway station west. Near kotak mahindra bank I know this complaint will get ignored but hope you take some action
