I have a postpaid for past one year. I have taken family connections. Due to poor airtel network and worst service I request to change all mobile number to vodafone. But one airtel call to my number and request to change the connection to prepaid. I accept to change all the connection to prepaid. But still my main number will not change. I requested and I raised complaint to customer care many times still now no response. Last six month I will the pay the bill very high. I check my bill details unknown number bill also attached with my mob number. I raise complaint for last 5months to customer care still issue was not resolved. I am not using that but I will pay for 6months. Airtel customer and airtel store cheating. This 144 situation they pressure me to pay the unknown number bill payment.
