I have purchased a new choice number 8446667878 on 31st October 2019 from Hadapsar Airtel Store ,Pune.After a week it was suspended without any information , hence I called Airtel Customer Care and got it activated.Later I got a call from Airtel Store ,Hadapsar after 15 days (almost) saying your number was de-actived by us because that number belongs to someone else and why did you got it activated.?Come to the store and deposit the number back or we will again de-activate it.
I told them the reason behind taking airtel postpaid number was choice number and how can I deposit the number back as I have floated the number to my relatives,Offices,friends,family,job sites and everywhere.
After a discussion they agreed that we will give you another number of your choice and deposit this number,so I told them that I may take any choice number of any price , to which they agreed.
When I went to the store they are not willing to give my choice number hence I told them if you cant give my choice number I wont deposit the number present with me.So the Store Manager threatened me by saying If you wont deposit the number I will get it de-activated and do whatever you want to do.
And to my surprise my number was de-activated by evening ,that too without informing or confirming with me.
This is the worst service I have come across ,Iam feeling as if Iam dealing with goons.
Please register my complaint and take the legal action against this Airtel Store Manager and get my number activated.
