I am Prashant Dinni. Regarding above subject. I am using Airtel prepaid services. My Airtel number 8880772747. After Recharge. No network showed. I called to customer care Mr Darshan (Senior) is spoken with me. He Told me to get new card and pay the Money. And he used Unnecessary Words. And he harrassed me on call…

Now..

I Want action against Mr Darshan…,

If Sim Card is not working why you get Recharge from me. And now sim card is physical not Damaged. Why I Apply for new sim card. And why Pay for That?
