Recently i have recharged a work from home pack 50GB for 251 rs..i recharged this pack while my daily data pack 2GB/day for 298 rs is exist . They have mentioned that 251 rs pack has 0 day validity and did nt mention any terms and conditions about the pack . After few days my daily data pack got expired. But Airtel also stopped my work from home data pack also.. when i contacted customer care …they are saying that work from home pack will have validity only till my daily data pack exist and they are saying me to see terms and conditions but it is not mentioned and making fun of me ……this is shit…. this issue stressed me a lot …kindly help me…
