The Airtel nodal officer/CEO AIRTEL/Complaint Authority

Sir

My Airtel number 9550130419 dye to sim problem lam lossed my 37 rupees balance, and sim damaged, so i went to Airtel store Karimnagar and taken new SIM on that number, ur Airtel staff Karimnagar taken 125₹ from me and said that 25 rupees SIM, 100 rupees added to my Airtel number 9550130419 after 48hours.

But last 3days over 100₹ rupees not added to my Airtel number, ur Airtel staff Karimnagar negligence showed clearly,otherwise ur Airtel staff collect extra money from me,y ur Airtel staff Karimnagar not given any bill reciept to me, i already complaint to Airtel nodal officer send complaint through email,but no reply, ur Airtel staff Karimnagar said that lossed 37 rupees balance also added to my Airtel number but not added,Airtel is trusted r not????

Pls solve my problem created by ur Airtel staff Karimnagar district,
