I purchased airtel sim on September 2018 at retail shop with lifetime validity, but from 13th dec stopped incoming and outgoing calls as validity expired, this looks open fraud as Airtel is open to loot customers as their business extremely down now a days after jio.
They are not able to face jio like networks, Please take necessary action to stop this Airtel fraud. Seems to be Airtel need some donation to boost their business. Please take action.
