Text of Complaint by Alka Pandey:

  • My airtel sim card number 7387755437 has suddenly stopped functioning today on 06 May 2020 . It is being recognised in the phone – One Plus 7, but not showing any signal strength. It is not accepting manual settings as well.
The sim card is not functioning in other mobile instruments as well.
Other airtel sim cards ( different number) are functioning on my mobile.
In this lockdown situation it is extremely difficult to get any guidance on solution of this issue.
The airtel customer care contact numbers are just giving automated response .
I need to use my phone to work from home.
