My airtel sim stopped working on 5th April 2020 amidst lockdown. I have been trying to reach airtel customer care for days and there seems no easy way to reach out to human at their end, all I keep getting are automated responses. Airtel has the worst customer care which never helps.

Please resolve my issue no network at all .m unable to transact money . M v much frustrated now wt the hell yu doing with sim .y is not working .just fix the issue asap plz
