Dear Sir/Madam,
My SIM card suddenly stopped working and then visited the airtel store near to me which is Serilingampally (Nallagandla) then they told me to swap the sim card and provided a new one and told me that it will take 4 hours to activate it. But after 36 hours I got an sms to my alternate number to contact the store as there is a problem.
I visited the second time and they told me that the face was not matching due to that reason the verification team rejected.
Again they uploaded my adhar card and a photo but this time also it happened the same after 24 hours.
Again I visited the store the 3rd time they uploaded my driving license but the issue is the same.
All my banking transactions stopped working as required OTP and the store people were not able to resolve the issue. Even they are not trying to resolve the issue, instead they are telling fabricated stories.

I request you to take an action and give instructions to them to active my SIM card.

I escalated to the ombudsperson of Airtel and then the issue has got resolved.
