Hello sir,
My Airtel sim suddenly stopped working in 45 days back… Customer care is unavailable due to lockdown and stores are closed too… I have mailed Airtel regarding this… Someone called me 15 days back about it on my alternate number and told I need to change my sim which can be done at home… They said they will forward the complaint to Andhra Pradesh team as I am staying here… But no response later….
Please do forward the complaint or give me some contact whom I can correspond with
