SIM not working even after 5 days. No one in Airtel able to rectify the problem. All bank transactions etc is based on this SIM.

My mobile phone number 95679 46997 SIM suddenly got inactive on 21st February. Went to Airtel office at Edappally on 22nd February. Service person Ms Litha arranged another SIM immediately informing SIM will be active in 6 hours. Unfortunately, till now after precious 5 days, SIM is still inactive!
