Hi Team,

My Sim card only works for sometime after restarting my phone. It used to be fine till 3 months ago. It says phone is switched off when anyone tries calling me even though its switched on. I tried calling the helpdesk but ivr didn’t let me through. Please call me or check my network and revert here.
