My Airtel SIM is showing No Service since 7 days. I tried reaching out to customer care but no response. Airtel online site allocated me time slot of visiting Airtel store which is 4.2 kms away from my home. When I reached there shop was closed. I then called on 9 digit airtel customer complaint number and registered for duplicate sim which they ensure will be deliver at door step. But still no response after that.
