Hello Sir,
I had several follows on my corrupt sim for the number +91 9980134506.
I was always asked to go to karnataka to pay the bill and issue the new sim card only in Karnataka.
I went to airetel stores in kakinada, andhra pradesh several times and they told zones are different so it is not possible to give the SIM in Andhra Pradesh and also they are not ready to accept the payment as they are not aware of my SIM status as it is already deactived. Also not possible to issue the another sim with the same number.
Because of faulty less quality SIM it makes me to spend 10000 rupees for calling from Germany to India.
My flight journey to India 2lakh rupees.
All the transactions linked to SIM
My mutual funds, Gold loans , Adhar updations
Even I lost PMAY for my housing
My important contacts
It had incurred a huges loss
Now what shall I do. The whole responsibility is Airtel only due to corrupt SIM, zone differences. I lost my mental peace as well.
Now I want to understand is there is a way to issue the same SIM in kakinada , Andhra pradesh
Else please let us know what benefit do you do for me
Please let me know the is there anything I shall need to.pay and yes to which account number.
Is my number number issued to any another customer ? I am not sure about my secure OTP and the it’s linked to several docouments
If this issue is not resolved it will eb escalated to CEO level for help
