Hi Team,
I’m requesting to file a complaint as my Airtel SIM card stopped working on 28th Mar which was during the lockdown for Corona Virus. I was not able to use any online applications as for every transaction they were sharing OTP to the AIRTEL number and my airtel sim stopped working. I was not able to use Paytm, Phonepay, any online money transfer from any bank as they were sending OTP request on my mobile number.
I called Airtel team and informed them about all situation and told them I can understand the situation of lockdown and but i have to visit airtel store.
